The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
• Research, identify and evaluate business development opportunities in the geographical area of reference (identify partnership opportunities and maintain existing business)
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Collaborate in area sales budgeting, pricing and setting of new market needs & opportunities
• Support the Regional Manager and the EMEA Sales Director in drafting the business plan
Objectives of the role
• According to the company's sales strategy, she/he contributes to the achievement of the sales and development objectives, in the assigned geographical area: Iberia, Greece & Middle East or France and French-speaking countries
• She/he identifies potential customers, connects and creates new business opportunities
• She/he contributes to a strong relationship with customers, acting as a strategic partner and identifying new proposals
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2/3-years experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales organization;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Good planning, focused and goal-oriented
• Fluent English and Spanish or French
• Digital attitude
• Positiveness, listening skills, collaboration and teamworking.
