Operations Management System Specialist Opportunity For important client, operating in the supply chain sector, we’re looking for a Operations Management System Specialist. Responsibilities The Purpose of the OMS Specialist is to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on site and ensure sustainability. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (supervisors and coordinators) and the tracking of the OMS achievements.The resource will be in charge in the following activities:

- Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization
- Support Continuous Improvement
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Management/Logistic Engineer or similar
- Experince in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
- Experience working within supply chain operations is essential for this role
- Experience in a manufacturing/operational environment is needed
- The role holder must be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan
- The ability to influence without formal authority is required strongly / significantly in this role
- The role holder must act self initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role
- Experience is needed to collaborate with ops managers across all levels within a country
